When accessing the Service and uploading communicative data (e.g., exported `.txt` chat logs), our automated infrastructure temporarily processes this content to perform algorithmic extraction of statistical patterns, metadata, and numerical representations. We do not systematically store the raw content of your chat transcripts post-processing unless explicitly required by features such as shared leagues, where ongoing aggregation is necessary.

• Account Information: Personally identifiable information, such as your email address and profile credentials, collected during registration via our authenticated providers.
• Computed Metrics: Anonymized dataset derivations (e.g., aggregate message volumes, categorical usage statistics) necessary to render your dashboard visual assets.
• Financial Data: All monetary transactions are processed via certified third-party payment gateways. We do not retain Payment Card Industry (PCI) data on our primary servers.

2. Purpose of Data Utilization

The information we collect is utilized strictly for the following operational objectives:

• To provision, maintain, and deliver the core analytical insights and dashboard generation features.
• To facilitate real-time interactive experiences, such as localized multiplayer environments utilizing generated metrics.
• To execute billing cycles, validate subscription tiers, and manage purchased digital credits.

We unequivocally affirm that we do not engage in the sale, lease, or unauthorized distribution of your personal data, raw chat transcripts, or behavioral metrics to external entities, advertisers, or data brokers.

3. Data Retention and Erasure

BetweenLines employs aggressive garbage collection protocols. Uploaded raw `.txt` source files are targeted for deletion from our secure cloud storage buckets immediately following successful algorithmic processing, typically resulting in permanent erasure within 24 hours of upload.

Upon account termination by the user, or explicit deletion of a specific scan instance via the Service interface, all associated computed metrics, resulting interactive assets (such as quizzes), and relational database entries are marked for permanent destruction across our infrastructure.

4. Third-Party Service Providers

We may employ third-party companies and individuals to facilitate our Service ("Service Providers"), to provide the Service on our behalf, or to perform Service-related duties. These third parties have access to your personal data only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose. Notable providers include Supabase for authentication and database management, and Stripe, Inc. for secure payment processing.
